Design Services ~ provide plans, elevations and design details as well as customization for Owner and/or Contractor.

Estimating Services ~ provide project budget and review with estimated cost of construction for all trades involved.

Marketing Services ~ prepare illustrations, renderings and other graphic representations.

Construction Bidding Process Services ~ prepare bid documents for Contractors to provide proposals for all necessary trades associated with project.

Permit Documents & Services ~ prepare permit drawings and specifications as necessary for construction & obtain permits as required by all local and state building departments.

Construction Administration Services ~ assist Owner in execution of construction contracts before and during construction.  All contractual relationships will be  directly between the Contractor selected and Owner.

Construction Management Services ~ provide on-site supervision of project during all phases of construction as required.

Other Services ~ provide additional services as needed during design and construction phases.
