Professional History

Mary and Timothy Schap each received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati in 1996 from the College of Design, Art, Architecture & Planning. Mary also received an associate degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business in 1996. Timothy received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Construction from Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, Kentucky in 2000. Schap Architects Ltd have a total of over twenty-five years experience in the design and construction industry providing quality services to the community. Tim is registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Design Build Institute of America. Mary is a registered architect, a member of the Young Architects and Interns Forum and serves on numerous volunteer boards throughout Cincinnati.
